Renovation Inspection - Pre & or Post Renovation condition assessment - 2 visits Cost is for each inspection. If there are no disputes at the end you won’t need the follow up. $462.50
Defect & Warranty Report - QBCC 6 ½ year Structural defect warranty assessment Identifies Structural defects within the warranty period $550.00
Dilapidation Reporting - This protects you from unfounded claims of damage caused by the works – 2 visits Cost is for each inspection. If there are no disputes at the end, you won’t need the follow up. $550.00
Expert Witness Report - Reports design for QCAT evidence tribunals. Many variables surround these situations, Pricing is based on evidence required POA
Re-inspection - Return visit to verify rectifications completed $245.00
Urgent / same week - Attendance within 48 hours of booking if available. No Fee if Booking possible.
Pool / spa inspection - Added to any residential inspection + $110.00
Regional QLD travel - Sunshine Coast and other Southeast Qld regional areas POA
Cancellations - Written notice 24 hr prior to inspection No Cancelation fee
Cancelation or reschedule fee- Written notice less than 24 hr to inspection $245.00
Cancellations - Cancelled due to Natural Disaster event No Cancelation fee.
Delays gaining access - Waiting time for first 30 minutes is free after that a fixed fee of $145 + inspection fee.
